1. Acceptance
By accessing Aurion Capital (“Aurion”, “we”, “the platform”) at samar.wtf or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Services
Aurion provides software for market data, signal scoring, charting, paper trading simulation, and optional trade execution via API connections you configure. We are non-custodial: we do not hold, receive, or control your funds. Assets remain on your exchange account.
3. No financial advice
All signals, scores, and analytics are informational tools only. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for trading decisions and losses.
4. Accounts & membership
Access requires an approved membership. You must provide accurate registration information. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion. Usernames and credentials are personal and must not be shared.
5. Payments & refunds
Subscription fees are disclosed at checkout. Payment is reviewed manually before activation. Refunds are considered case-by-case; contact support@samar.wtf before disputing charges.
6. API keys & execution
If you connect exchange API keys, you grant Aurion permission to trade only as configured in your settings. You are responsible for key security, leverage, margin mode, and compliance with exchange and local laws. Revoke keys on the exchange to disconnect at any time.
7. Prohibited use
- Unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse engineering
- Sharing accounts or reselling platform access without permission
- Market manipulation or unlawful activity
- Overloading or disrupting infrastructure
8. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, trading losses, data delays, or third-party exchange outages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time; prepaid periods are not automatically refunded unless agreed in writing.
