Data we collect

Account data (name, username, email, age where provided), subscription and payment references, trading preferences, strategy profiles, and encrypted exchange API credentials when you choose to connect an account.

How we use data

To authenticate you, provide the platform, process membership requests, improve reliability, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies & sessions

We use an httpOnly session cookie (nvz_token) for login. It is required for the dashboard and API. You can clear cookies by logging out or using browser settings.

Third parties

• Binance — market data and execution when you connect API keys
• Hosting & infrastructure — servers that run the application
• Optional data providers (e.g. macro/on-chain APIs) as configured

Security

Traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. API keys are encrypted at rest using keys derived from server secrets. No system is perfectly secure; use strong passwords and protect your devices.

Retention

We retain account and trading configuration data while your membership is active and as needed for legal, billing, or security purposes. You may request deletion by contacting support.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. Contact support@samar.wtf with the subject line below — we respond within 30 days.

• Download my data — email support@samar.wtf with subject Data export request and your registered username.
• Delete my account — email support@samar.wtf with subject Account deletion. Deletion is irreversible after identity verification.
• Correct my data — update profile fields in the terminal or contact support for records we hold outside self-service.
